Victor Shepherd
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Shepherd is the founder, chairman and CEO of ITG and oversees all facets of the company's acquisition portfolio. Mr. Shepherd has more than 25 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry, along with more than 15 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions and operations. Prior to joining Iserv as chairman and CEO, he served as CEO of the Chicago-based Systems Software Associates, part of The Gores Group, an international acquisition and management company. Mr. Shepherd spent 12 years with Gores, assisting in the management of numerous mergers and acquisitions, and serving as vice president of business development and as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions operation. During his tenure he led the successful turnaround of several Gores' portfolio companies in advance of IPOs or other liquidity events. Mr. Shepherd earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Grand Valley State University.
Mike Grinzinger, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Grinzinger is responsible for the financial operations, reporting and related strategic planning for ITG and its affiliates, including oversight of all due diligence within the Company's acquisition protocol. He is often the "point person" on a transaction from start to finish, and understands the importance of recognizing the unique characteristics inherent in every acquisition. Mr. Grinzinger has been with ITG since its conception, and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Iserv, Mr. Grinzinger served as CFO for Maly's Inc. Mr. Grinzinger received his bachelor's from Central Michigan University.
Jim Loznak
Vice President of Operations & Engineering
Mr. Loznak is responsible for leading all of ITG's operational due diligence and integration efforts, working with each acquisition to map out a strategy for long-term success. Prior to joining Iserv in 2001, Mr. Loznak spent 17 years in application and web-based software development, including leadership positions at SageStone, Inc. and Computer Design, Inc., where he managed software engineering and customer service operations. During his tenure at Computer Design, Mr. Loznak was involved and helped transition the company through three acquisitions. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
Tracy Pryce
Director of Customer Relations
Ms. Pryce oversees ITG's marketing, sales and customer relations activities. She brings critical operations analysis expertise to the pre- and post-acquisition stages of a transaction, and is highly skilled in staff training and customer service systems. Prior to her current role with ITG, she spent 15 years with Foremost Insurance, where she held various leadership positions in marketing and operations. Ms. Pryce earned her Masters of Management and Bachelor's of Science in business administration from Aquinas College.
