June 2002 - Iserv Acquires Intraworld Communications, Inc.

Based in Holland, Mich., Intraworld Communications, Inc. was an ISP serving the Lakeshore market from Holland southward into the Benton Harbor and St. Joseph areas. Current Intraworld customers became part of the Iserv network, with new access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services, including statewide access. The move also gave Iserv expanded presence in the growing Benton Harbor/St. Joseph market.

May 2002 - Iserv Acquires EagleNet, Inc.

Based in Holland, Mich., EagleNet Inc. was an ISP serving the Lakeshore market. After the merger, the two companies offer a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services to a subscriber base of nearly 40,000 business and residential users throughout Michigan. Iserv and EagleNet continue to provide local service under their brand names, with EagleNet maintaining its focus on Lakeshore markets and Iserv continuing to provide statewide coverage from its Grand Rapids headquarters.
