Iserv acquires the customers of Lansing, Mich.-based Internet service provider (ISP) ARQ (http://www.arq.net). The acquisition done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's 22nd acquisition, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. The agreement provides Iserv with ARQ's current customer base in Lansing, Mich. and surrounding areas.

Iserv Acquires Customers of I-Link International

Iserv acquires the customers of Trenton, Mich.-based Internet service provider (ISP) I-Link International (http://www.ili.net). The acquisition marks ITG's 20th acquisition, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. The agreement provides Iserv with I-Link's current customer base in Trenton, Mich. and surrounding areas.

Iserv acquires the customers of Alpena, Mich.-based Internet service provider (ISP) Northland Internet Center. The acquisition marks ITG's 19th acquisition, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. Iserv Acquires Customers of ezl dot com

Iserv acquires the customers of Illinois-based Internet service provider (ISP) ezl dot com, inc. (http://www.ezl.com/). The agreement marks ITG's 16th acquisition, and provides Iserv with ezl's current customer base in Edwardsville, Ill. and surrounding areas.
