Deal Expands Iserv's Presence in Northwest Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS, MI - March 8, 2005 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the Northwestern Michigan customers of Scottville, Mich.-based 1010internet (www.1010internet.com).

The acquisition was done through ITG's Iserv operating company, one of the largest independent ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Michigan. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with 1010internet's current customer base in the cities of Ludington, Scottville, Manistee, Bear Lake and Custer. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.

As a result of the acquisition, 1010internet customers will become part of the Iserv network and have access to cutting-edge products and services, as well as a comprehensive selection of flexible connectivity packages. The acquisition also gives Iserv (www.iserv.net) an expanded presence in Northwest Michigan.

This is the second 1010internet acquisition for ITG. In June 2004, the Company acquired the eastern Michigan-area 1010internet customers in the cities of Bad Axe, Bay City, Ubly, Standish and the surrounding areas.
