Iserv Acquires Customers of Caliber Connections Corporation

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - August 18, 2005 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the customers of Chicago-based internet service provider (ISP) Caliber Connections Corporation (http://www.calcon.net/).

The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's first ISP acquisition outside of Michigan, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with Caliber's current customer base in Chicago and surrounding areas. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.
