Iserv Technology Group Acquires Customers of Illinois-Based Cooke Technologies

Deal Marks ITG's Second Acquisition Outside Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - September, 2005 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the customers of Illinois-based internet service provider (ISP) Cooke Technologies (http://www.cooketech.net/).

The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's second ISP acquisition outside of Michigan, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with Cooke's current customer base in Chicago, Danville, Hoopeston and surrounding areas. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.
