Iserv Technology Group Acquires Customers of Deckerville, Mich.-Based ThumbNet Internet

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - May 31, 2006 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the customers of Deckerville, Mich.-based internet service provider (ISP) ThumbNet Internet (www.thumb.net).

The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's seventh acquisition in the past 12 months, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with ThumbNet's current customer base in Deckerville, Mich. and surrounding areas. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.
