Iserv Technology Group Acquires Customers of Dearborn Heights, Mich.-Based TodayLink

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - September 30, 2005 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the customers of Dearborn Heights, Mich.-based internet service provider (ISP) TodayLink (http://www.todaylink.com/).

The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's fourteenth acquisition, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with TodayLink's current customer base in Eastern Michigan. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.
