Iserv Technology Group Acquires Customers of Top Dog

Deal Expands Iserv's Presence in Michigan's "Thumb" Communities

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. July 27, 2005 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the customers of Bad Axe, Mich.-based internet service provider (ISP) Top Dog Internet Services (http://www.topdog-is.com).

The acquisition was done through ITG's Iserv operating company, one of the largest independent ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Michigan. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with Top Dog's current customer base in the city of Bad Axe and surrounding areas. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.

The acquisition also gives Iserv (www.iserv.net) an expanded presence in Michigan's thumb region.

Top Dog Internet Services marks the ninth ISP acquisition for ITG. The company most recently acquired the Northwestern Michigan customers of Scottville, Mich.-based 1010internet in March 2005.
